Our apartments are located in the very center of the St. Lazarus. The beginning of the development of this district dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. Age. During this period, the city villa was built, in which our apartments are located. Many of you will see the similarities between our district and Berlin's Charlottenburg district. And rightly so, because the buildings of the district of St. Lazarus, or rather then St. Lazarus designed, among others architect from Berlin-Charlottenburg and investor Max Johow.
St. Łazarz is currently one of the most interesting districts of Poznań, it is developing very well, some even call it Poznań bohemia, inhabited by artists, full of pubs, with direct proximity to two parks (Wilson and Kasprowicz) and the undisputed gem of the City district - the Park, where you will find the cultural center of the district.
